Guesthouse Policies

·        All prices are subject to prior agreement at the time of booking and will vary according to seasonality.
·        Except when previously advised, we require 24hours notice of cancellation. This will be deemed to be by 6.00pm on the day immediately before the date of the first night booked. For later cancellation or no-show, the first night will be charged.
·        All bookings must be accompanied by credit/debit card details including expiry date and the last 3 digits on the reverse.
·        Payment for the duration of the stay must be made on arrival unless by prior arrangement.
·        The owners reserve the right to levy addition charges for specialist cleaning or replacement in the event of wilful or careless damage.
·        Payment can be accepted by cash, cheque (supported by guarantee card), debit or credit card only.
·        The owners cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ property whilst on our premises.
·        The rear of the property is strictly private. Please do not enter.
·        We are a strictly NO SMOKING building. As we are not insured for fire damaged caused by smoking in the building, guests who fail to heed this policy will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY. Should this be within the cancellation period above, no refunds will be given. In addition, specialist cleaning to remove damage or odour caused by smoking within the building will be chargeable.
· The owners will not tolerate bad language and behaviour to either themselves or other guests. Anyone failing to behave in an appropriate manner will be asked to leave immediately. In the event that this is within the minimum cancellation period, no refunds will be given.

The last time for checkout is 10.30 am Monday to Friday inclusive and 11.30 on Saturdays or Sundays. Please note that there will be an additional levy of £10 per hour or part of an hour for late vacation of the room unless prior agreement has been made with the owners.
