Guesthouse Policies

Please note the following:

 
All guests are to pay on arrival unless prior arrangements have been made with the management.
 
Arrival Time:  Check in time is from 4pm to 9pm. Earlier or later check in available upon prior arrangement with the management.
 
Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 10am Mon-Fri & 11am Sat & sun.
A charge of £10 per hour will be made for late departure unless pre arranged with the management.

Cancellation:  If reservations are are cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of a no show then the first night will be charged.
 
Children & Extra Beds:  A charge of £10 per night will be made for extra beds required in rooms. Cots are free of charge. Children under 2 are free. Children over 2 staying in additional rooms, i.e. next door to parents rooms will be charged at a discounted rate of £15 per child inclusive of breakfast.
